Welche Daten erhebt die App?

Von sich aus keine. Inselvogt erhebt keine persönlichen Daten. Es gibt keine Werbung und kein Tracking. Deine Spielstände liegen nur auf deinem Gerät. Nur wenn du die „Welt der Woche" spielst und dich dafür freiwillig bei Game Center anmeldest, überträgt Apple deine Spieler-Kennung und deinen Punktestand an seine eigenen Server, um die Rangliste zu führen (siehe unten). Ohne diese Anmeldung sendet die App nichts ins Internet.

Game Center (Rangliste)

Die „Welt der Woche" lässt dich deinen Punktestand mit anderen Spielern vergleichen. Meldest du dich dafür bei Game Center an, überträgt Apple deine Spieler-Kennung und deinen Punktestand an seine eigenen Server, um die Rangliste zu führen und sie dir und anderen anzuzeigen. Wir selbst erhalten diese Daten nicht und speichern sie nicht. Die Anmeldung ist freiwillig: ohne sie fehlt nur die Rangliste, das Spiel funktioniert unverändert weiter. Du kannst Game Center jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen unter „Game Center" wieder abschalten. Mehr dazu in Apples Datenschutzerklärung: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft und Löschung. Schreib uns dafür einfach eine E-Mail an andreas.fleps@proton.me. Da die App nichts von dir speichert, gibt es nichts zu löschen – außer dem, was auf deinem eigenen Gerät liegt.

What data does the app collect?

None on its own. Inselvogt collects no personal data. There is no advertising and no tracking. Your saves stay on your device only. Only if you play the "World of the week" and choose to sign in to Game Center for it does Apple receive your player ID and score, to run the leaderboard (see below). Without that sign-in, the app sends nothing over the internet.

Game Center (leaderboard)

The "World of the week" lets you compare your score with other players. If you sign in to Game Center for it, Apple receives your player ID and score on its own servers, to run the leaderboard and show it to you and others. We never receive or store this data ourselves. Signing in is optional: without it, only the leaderboard is missing, the game works the same otherwise. You can turn Game Center off again at any time under iOS Settings → Game Center. In-app purchases

Your rights

You have the right to access and to erasure. Just email us at andreas.fleps@proton.me. Because the app stores nothing about you, there is nothing to delete – except what lies on your own device.
